Regan Archibald
While pursuing a degree in premedicine & behavior science at the U of U, Regan learned the benefits of Chinese medicine while taking a History of Medicine course. Several research papers later he went to see the medicine in action by Tao Tan in Sandy, Utah. Seeing the incredible results that were achieved inspired Regan to continue his educational pursuits in Eastern medicine.
In 2004 Regan earned his Master's of Science in Acupuncture & Oriental
Medicine at the Traditional Chinese Medical College of
Hawaii. He also spent three years apprenticing with the
founder of the Traditional Japanese Acupucture
Association, Dr. Chieko Maekawa PhD, DAc.
In addition to the Salt Lake Clinic, Regan practices acupuncture at Riverwoods Neurology in Provo. In on of the few integrated medical clinics in the state, he works with Dr. Pam Vincent, Dr. Victoria Sucher and Monica Nardone. It is a unique clinical environment that blends a comprehensive holistic approach with western medicine.
Regan is one of 13 acupunturists in the world who
are certified in Seitai Shinpo. He is also the president of the
Seitai Shinpo Acupucture Foundation.
In his approach to healthcare, he focuses on
restoring harmony to the body and helping patients heal
themselves.
Regan spends his free time with his
daughter Zoe and his son Jonah. He also enjoys biking, snowboarding, yoga and capoeria.
